PC Controls, LLC designs manufactures and installs Personal Computer (PC) based machine tool controllers for use on new and existing CNC Turret Punch Presses, Single Station Punch Presses, Plate Rolls and CNC Press Brakes.

Our mission is to provide metal fabricators with the latest PC based technology to improve factory productivity, lower maintenance costs and provide a platform for seamless PC based factory integration.

In a world currently dominated by proprietary machine tool controls the PC800 control provides major increases in productivity, lower repair and replacement costs, and allows end users standard hardware and software platforms for seamless factory integration.

Our PC800 control is a mature, field-tested control with units in the field throughout the US, Mexico and Canada. Our control can be used to retrofit existing Turret Punches (Amada, Wiedemann, Strippet, Diacro, Raskin, Finn-Power, & more), Press Brakes (Cincinnati, AFM, Wysong, Amada, & more), and Plate Roll equipment.
